Owner
Mike has been in the construction business for over 20 years, with a focus on restoration in the past 5 years. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business with an emphasis in CIS and is certified in water damage and fire damage restoration. He maintains professional contacts with reliable contractors for plumbing, electrical, and building. Mike values honesty, reliability, and integrity. He is happily married to Andrea, and enjoys exercising, art projects, drawing, painting, church activities, and traveling in his spare time.
Bookkeeping/Office manager
Andrea has worked with Dalton Brothers since 2005. She maintains the accounting records and assists with the day-to-day operations of the business. She has a masters degree in music therapy, and enjoys singing and playing music in her spare time. Her other hobbies include reading, word puzzles, and movies.
Brett Dalton
Estimator - Lead Construction, Remodeler
Brett has been with Dalton Brothers Restoration for the past 12 years. He specializes in estimating, precise quality craftsmanship and job site walkthroughs.
Brett enjoys biking, playing baseball, and outdoor recreation with the family.
Ryan Schumaier
Lead Construction/Remodeler/Water and Fire Damage Technician
Ryan has worked with Dalton Brothers for over 6 years. He specializes in light construction, painting, tile, and drywall repairs. Ryan values loyalty, honesty, timeliness, and good ole fashion work ethic. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, outdoor activities, and Nascar.
Heriberto Resendiz
Construction/Remodeler/Lead carpenter/Water and Fire Damage Technician
Heriberto Resendiz has worked with Dalton Brothers for over 3 years. He values quality craftsmanship, timeliness, and reliability. He specializes in full house framing, trim carpentry, room additions, and decks. Heriberto enjoys spending time with friends and family,and music (mostly rock n roll).
